Sleep Therapeutics was starting a radio advertising campaign in Edmonton, and they asked tSG to help them out. As we started to explore the client’s needs, we found a few things that we had not expected. Sleep Therapeutics was a member of a national company with branches in Nova Scotia and the Greater Toronto Area. However, each branch had a different company name, they each had their own website, and there were regional variations in the branding.
tSG recognized that the company could become a dominant national player if it had the right marketing strategy. But the right marketing strategy couldn’t come until there was a unified brand.
After discussions with the company owners, we started the process of creating a truly national company. We went right back to the basics and created for them a brand concept and visual identity that could be applied to each region without disrupting existing brand awareness.
After extensive research, we developed a marketing strategy that incorporated expanded services and product offerings that would ensure the company’s survival in a dynamic and competitive growth industry. We developed an advertising and promotion campaign that would educate the target audiences and integrate fully with their existing sales programs, while allowing for the nuances in each province’s health systems. We built a single website that would address each region’s specific needs.
tSG assisted with executing the marketing strategy and continues to provide support and consultation services across their Canadian network.
